In this by-law, <br /> <br />"Agricultural Zoned Lands" means premises and land zoned for agricultural <br />uses; <br /> <br />"Animal" includes birds and reptiles but does not include fish, dogs or cats; <br /> <br />"Animal Control Officer" shall mean a person appointed by the Municipality <br />whose duties include the enforcement of this By-law; <br /> <br />"Animal Hospital" An animal hospital or clinic lawfully operated and supervised <br />by a veterinarian who is a registered member of the Ontario Veterinary <br />Association; <br /> <br />"By-law Enforcement Officer" means a person designated as such by Council; <br /> <br />"Cat" means a small domestic animal kept as a household pet; <br /> <br />"Council" means the Council of the Municipality; <br /> <br />"Dwelling" shall mean a building or other structure used for human habitation; <br /> <br />"Keeps" shall mean owns, possesses or harbors; <br /> <br />"Lot" shall mean a parcel of land and shall not be limited to lots on a duly <br />registered plan of subdivision; <br /> <br />"Minor" means a person less than 18 years of age; <br />
