CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />BY-LAW NUMBER 101-2007 <br />A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2-2002 <br />TO REGULATE TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS UNDER <br />THE JURISDICTION OF THE CORPORATION OF <br />THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />WHEREAS, By-law Number 2-2002 was passed on the 12t" day of February, <br />2002, a by-law to provide for regulating traffic on highways under the jurisdiction <br />of the Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore. <br />AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Schedule "B" of By-law <br />Number 2-2002 (for the former Town of Belle River) for the removal of stop signs <br />at certain intersections. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Lakeshore enacts as follows: <br />That Schedule "B" to By-law 2-2002 (for the formerTown of Belle River) be <br />deleted and replaced with the attached Schedule "B". <br />Now therefore, the Council of the Town of Lakeshore enacts as follows <br />All other clauses and provisions of the said By-law Number 2-2002 shall be <br />and remain in full force and effect. <br />This by-law shall come into force and effect on the day of the final passing <br />thereof. <br />READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 14 <br />DAY OF AUGUST, 2007. <br />Tom Bain, Mayor <br />Mary Masse, Clerk <br />/sr <br />t <br />
