CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />BY-LAW NUMBER 100-2007 <br />A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 2-2002 TO <br />REGULATE TRAFFIC ON HIGHWAYS UNDER THE <br />JURISDICTION OF THE CORPORATION OF THE <br />TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />WHEREAS, By-law Number 2-2002 was passed on the 12th day of February, 2002, <br />a by-law to provide for regulating traffic on highways under the jurisdiction of the <br />Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore. <br />AND WHEREAS, resolutions have been adopted by the Council of the Town of <br />Lakeshore to allow for the placement of pedestrian crossovers in the former Town of <br />Belle River. <br />AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend By-law Number 2-2002 to give <br />effect to such resolutions <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Lakeshore enacts as follows <br />That Schedule "D" to Traffic By-law 2-2002 and any amendments thereto be deleted <br />and replaced with the attached amended schedule "D" <br />All other clauses and provisions of the said By-law Number 2-2002 shall be <br />and remain in full force and effect. <br />This by-law shall come into force and effect on the day of the final passing <br />thereof. <br />READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 14 <br />DAY OF AUGUST, 2007. <br />Tom Bain, Mayor <br />Mary Masse, Clerk <br />
