CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />BY-LAW NUMBER 102-2007 <br />A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 4-2006 TO <br />REGULATE VEHICULAR PARKING WITHIN THE TOWN <br />OF LAKESHORE ON MUNICIPAL STREETS, MUNICIPAL <br />PARKING LOTS AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, By-law Number 4-2006 was passed on the 14 day of February <br />2006, a by-law to regulate vehicular parking within the Town of Lakeshore on <br />municipal streets, municipal parking lots and private properties; <br />AND WHEREAS, it is deemed expedient to amend Schedule "A" of By-law <br />Number 4-2006 (former Township of Maidstone) to install "No Parking" signs on <br />certain public highways in the Town of Lakeshore; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Lakeshore enacts as follows: <br />That Schedule "A" to by-law 4-2006 (for the former Township of Maidstone) be <br />deleted and replaced with the attached schedule "A" . <br />All other clauses and provisions of the said By-law Number 4-2006 shall be <br />and remain in full force and effect. <br />This by-law shall come into force and effect on the day of the final passing. <br />READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 14 <br />DAY OF AUGUST, 2007. <br />~ <br />~a <br />~, <br />~- <br />Tom Bain, Mayor <br />~~ <br />Mary Masse, Clerk <br />/sr <br />
