CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />BY-LAW 65-2010 <br />BEING A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 4-2006 <br />(A BY-LAW TO REGULATE VEHICULAR PARKING <br />WITHIN THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE ON MUNICIPAL <br />STREETS, MUNICIPAL PARKING LOTS AND PRIVATE <br />PROPERTIES) <br />WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore did enact By-law number 4- <br />2006 of the said Corporation on the 14~h day of February, 2006; <br />AND WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore now deems it expedient <br />to amend the distance for parking within an intersection and driveway into a <br />commercial/multi residential establishment. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Lakeshore hereby <br />enacts as follows: <br />1. By-law 4-2006 is amended by deleting section 11 (2) (b) and replacing it with <br />the following: <br />11. (2) <br />(b) Within fifteen metres (15m) of a stop controlled intersection, <br />within six metres (6m) of all other intersections. <br />2.
