CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NUMBER 4-2006 A <br />BY-LAW TO REGULATE VEHICULAR PARKING <br />ON MUNICIPAL STREETS, MUNICIPAL PARKING <br />LOTS AND PRIVATE PROPERTIES WITHIN THE <br />CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF LAKESHORE <br />WHEREAS, By-law Number 4-2006 was passed on the 4t" day of February, <br />2006, a by-law to provide for regulating vehicular parking on municipal streets, <br />municipal parking lots and private properties within the Corporation of the Town <br />of Lakeshore. <br />AND WHEREAS it is necessary from time to time to temporarily alter parking in <br />an emergency or during construction. <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Council of the Town of Lakeshore enacts as follows: <br />That Section 7 to By-law 4-2006 be deleted and replaced with following: <br />7. The Director of Engineering and Infrastructure Services is hereby authorized <br />to place or erect and to maintain such signs as may be necessary to give <br />effect to theprovisions of this by-law. In an emergency or safety situation or <br />during the construction or reconstruction of a municipal road, The Director of <br />Engineering and Infrastructure Services or designate is further authorized for <br />the duration of such situation, to place, erect or maintain any number of <br />parking signs that are not otherwise authorized by this by-law. <br />All other clauses and provisions of the said By-law Number 4-2006 shall be <br />and remain in full force and effect. <br />This by-law shall come into force and effect on the day of the final passing <br />thereof. <br />READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED THIS 9th <br />DAY OF APRIL, 2013. <br />01TAIIIII1'-110 <br />� TJ <br />MARY MASSE <br />CLERK <br />
