PART 3 - Conduct
<br />Destruction or abuse of Town of Lakeshore property
<br />While in a Park, no person shall:
<br />(a) Climb, bark, peel, break, cut, deface, remove, injure, hurt, root up or
<br />otherwise destroy, or damage any tree, shrub, flower, root, plant, soil,
<br />rock and gravel or grass;
<br />(b) Walk over any lawn or other area where a sign has been erected at
<br />the direction of the Council or their authorized Agent prohibiting
<br />pedestrian traffic thereon;
<br />(c) Cut, paint or otherwise deface, remove injure, destroy or damage
<br />benches, fences, seats, equipment, notices or other chattels or any
<br />building fixture or structure or part thereof;
<br />(d) Deface, alter, write upon, destroy, otherwise damage or remove in any
<br />way Town of Lakeshore property;
<br />(e) Tie or otherwise attach any animal or thing to any tree, plant, hedge,
<br />fence, building fixture, or structure of any kind or to any equipment or
<br />chattels or any nature;
<br />(f) Construct upon or alter the grade of any property;
<br />(g) Climb any fence, tree or structure other than playground equipment
<br />designed for climbing on;
<br />(h) Enter upon any place to which the Council or their duly authorized
<br />agent has deemed it advisable to restrict admittance and place a
<br />notice bearing the words "no admittance" at the entrance to such
<br />places;
<br />(i) Enter or attempt to enter any part or portion thereof; marked off,
<br />enclosed or fenced, to which an admission charge is being made,
<br />without paying such charge;
<br />(j) Use any building, structure, or equipment for other than its intended
<br />purpose;
<br />(k) Remove, change location or in any way disturb the setting of the
<br />playground or any equipment, chattels or fixtures or any part or portion
<br />thereof;
<br />3.1 Explosives, Firearms and Weapons
<br />While in a Park, no person shall:
<br />(a) Ignite or discharge any fireworks without consent of Council
<br />(b) Carry, use or be in possession of or use any firearm, air gun, bow and
<br />arrow, catapult, axe or any object or device capable of projecting
<br />missiles or offensive weapon of any kind;
