- most employees have received WI MS training as required and as there has been no
significant change in the products and/or their uses a recertification of this training is not required at
this time. But, any new employees or employees transfening form one department to another may
require fin Cher departmental V5MS training to comply with the legislation. The inventory and
MSDS issue of W. MS is definitely out of date at this time and needs to be reviewed and appropriate
steps taken to revise the inventory and to request the required MSDS.
5. EMPLOYEE SECURITY - this is still somewhat of an issue in Social Services - GWA.
Appropriate procedures are needed and must be enforced to ensure the safety of employees
worldng in the reception area and in the interview rooms.
once through the first control door a client can access the reception area at ay time on the
way in or out, as well as access the main work area behind the L interview rooms simply by crawting
over the desk and proceeding through any one of the open interview rooms, as there is usually one or
more doors open to the inside at any given time of day.
5. ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS REPORT - in the past a mamial report
was compiled monthly reviewing all incidents and accidents, the new HUS will soon be able to
provide these reports as required. The analysis and tracking of incidents and accidents should
provide guidance on future health and safety training needs.
C5,0-n
